All our shipments are tracked and made with Express courier,
Delivery times are 5-8 working days and are intended from Monday to Friday in Italy, Portugal, Austria, Germany, France, United Kingdom
Delivery times may be extended in the event of force majeure (holidays, strikes or events) in which case Digitalmj Ltd will not be responsible for the delay
Shipping cost
The shipping cost for all orders € 4.99 including tax
Goods for all of Europe will depart from our international logistics center located in Spain.
You will receive an email containing the shipping code to be able to check the movements of your package during its journey.
BULKY OR HEAVY GOODS:
For particularly bulky goods or heavy non-standard shipments, it may be necessary after the order is placed for an additional cost contribution requested by the courier, which the automatic system cannot calculate. In this case you will be promptly notified by e-mail of this additional cost and you will be able to make the additional payment by confirming the order as final. If you don't want to proceed with the integration of the additional shipping cost, just let us know immediately by canceling the order and you will be promptly refunded the full amount already paid.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RECEIVING THE GOODS:
All our items are invited with the packaging in perfect condition.
If external damage or some anomaly in the packaging were found during the delivery, the recipient must note the words "PACKAGING IN BAD CONDITIONS" on the delivery note or on the proof of delivery. This is essential for the transport agency to accept the claim.
If necessary, an after-sales claim must be opened within 5 days of delivery.
After this deadline it will no longer be possible to accept the dispute.
